With more than 20 years of experience in project management and capacity building within non-profit organizations, she has developed solid expertise in coordination, partnerships, governance, organizational strengthening and support for civil society actors.

Founder of Tam-Tamal, she has been supporting individuals, teams and organizations through their transformation processes since 2019, through coaching, training and facilitation. Her personal and associative commitment to children with special needs, and to initiatives promoting inclusive development, today drives her involvement in P.A.S.

As Chair of the Board of Directors, she aims to help make P.A.S a space for coordination, dialogue and advocacy, able to bring stakeholders together and carry a common voice for a more inclusive society.

Profile

A child psychiatrist and family therapist, Professor Lamine Fall is a full professor and head of the “Kër Xaleyi” child psychiatry unit at Fann National University Hospital (CHNU de Fann) in Dakar. He has authored numerous studies on autism spectrum disorders in Senegal, the school inclusion of children followed in child psychiatry, and the practice of child psychiatry in Africa.

Long committed to better autism care, he has built at Kër Xaleyi a partnership network linking the hospital, families and schools. He advocates for dedicated facilities and specialized training (child psychiatrists, psychologists, speech therapists, psychomotor therapists), and for the schooling of autistic children, stressing that autism is not necessarily associated with intellectual disability.

Profile

Mrs. Sall is a special education teacher and an assessor of learning and teaching whose professional path is closely tied to her personal story: she is the mother of a 26-year-old autistic young man. This life experience has deeply shaped her career, her vision of education and her commitment to children with special needs.

Academically, she holds a bachelor's degree in special education, a master's degree in technology and education, and a master's/certification in the assessment of learning and teaching. She also holds a certification in instructional supervision. She began her career in special education in an early intervention program for children from birth to age three with developmental delays, then worked in New Jersey public schools (USA) as a special education teacher with students from kindergarten through high school. She has gained several years of experience supporting early childhood teachers, particularly in setting up inclusive classrooms.

Today, she wishes to keep putting her knowledge, experience and voice at the service of children with special needs and their families. Her greatest wish is to see African universities develop and strengthen training programs that produce more qualified specialists in special education, autism, early intervention and inclusive education.

A sociologist and manager, Mrs. Raby Seydou Diallo has worked in project management for some twenty years, leading gender & social development and stakeholder engagement.

Her highly diverse career has enabled her, during her first ten years, to: i) help roll out the Community Nutrition Programme, aimed at improving the diet of children and breastfeeding women in disadvantaged areas; ii) conduct social marketing research to promote behavior change in favor of handwashing with soap; iii) mentor women's and youth associations in 7 departments of the Senegal River basin, as an information and communication expert at OMVS, helping them design micro-projects for women's empowerment and climate change adaptation in a context of desert encroachment and land degradation; iv) create spaces for dialogue between communities and decision-makers.

A senior international development consultant, Mrs. Ndir is a socio-anthropologist with more than 15 years of experience working for research institutions, international NGOs and United Nations agencies, in settings ranging from development cooperation to humanitarian assistance. Combining academic and operational expertise, she brings skills in human resources management and action research, along with university training in social psychology and intercultural communication.
